Offices can refer patients using our HIA-compliant Referral Form.

Your patients will be referred back to your office for regular cleanings, restorations as required, CBCTs if offered, and Whitening when requested by the patient. Our Team works to ensure clear and open communication throughout treatment, integrating efficiently with your office’s workflow and communication preferences. As always, please let us know if there are any ways we can better support on-going patient care and support your practice.

Booking for yourself or your child?

A referral is not required, schedule your appointment to meet with our team.
After your initial appointment you may be referred to your Dentist for cleaning and checkup to prepare you for your best Orthodontic treatment outcome.
