Removable options such as Invisalign Clear Aligners require a commitment on the part of the patient in order to achieve results, whereas bonded brackets stay in your mouth throughout your treatment. One benefit to Invisalign though, is that you can take them out and eat just as you did before Orthodontic treatment.
